Conditions of 8% Bail Rate

2BFREE Bail Bonds can offer you 20% off your premium. We have an 8% rate filed with the California Department of Insurance which means our company can offer this savings to you where other bail companies can't. Please read below to see if you qualify for the 8% bail rate.

To qualify you must be:

A defendant that has retained a private defense attorney.
A defendant or co-signer that is a member of a Union.
A defendant or co-signer that is an active or retired member of the U.S. armed forces.
A defendant or co-signer that is an immediate family member of an active or retired member of the U.S. armed forces.
An immediate family member is a legal parent, spouse, child, sibling or half sibling. Documented evidence needs to be provided to 2BFREE to receive an 8% rate.

A contract between attorney and client or a letter from the attorney retained.
A union card with expiration date or a recent paystub showing union dues taken out.
Proof of U.S. Military service or Military ID.
Signed declaration from immediate family with a copy of Military ID or other proof of service.

Written evidence needs to be provided within 5 days of the bond execution date. If a bail bond is posted at an 8% rate and documented evidence is not received within the 5 day period, the co-signer will be responsible to pay the additional 2%. Please call for more details.
